Sign Up


  1. How can I sign up as a Client?
  • To sign up as a client, In Login Page of AllStarTIC Mobile App the user can tap the client button in the bottom left-hand side.
  • Once the user tapped the client button, they can give the personal details like client name, Email etc…
  • Tap Sign Up in the bottom centre to save the data.
  • After the successful completion of the registration, the client will receive the mail; they will get the username and password to sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app with the email address defined in the client registration form of the initial registration.

  1. How can I sign up as a Partner?
  • To sign up as a partner, In Login Page of AllStarTIC Mobile App the user can tap the partner button in the bottom.
  • Once the user tapped the partner button, they can give the personal details like company name, Email etc…
  • Tap Submit in the bottom centre to save the data.
  • After the successful completion of the registration, the partner will receive the mail; they will get the username and password to sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app with the email address defined in the partner registration form of the initial registration.

  1. How can I sign up as a Freelancer?
  • To sign up as a freelancer, In Login Page of AllStarTIC Mobile App the user can tap the freelancer button in the bottom right-hand side.
  • Once the user tapped the freelancer button, they can give the personal details like name, Email etc…
  • Tap Submit in the bottom centre to save the data.
  • After the successful completion of the registration, the freelancer will receive the mail; they will get the username and password to sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app with the email address defined in the freelancer registration form of the initial registration.


Common FAQ’s


  1. How do I change the new password in my app settings?
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "Menu Icon". Tap that icon the list of items will be displayed in the Menu.
  • To change the new password, tap the Setting.
  • Enter the new password to change the old password. Tap Submit to save the new password.

  1. Where can I see my notifications in the app?
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "Notifications Icon". Tap that icon and you will be taken to all your notifications.

  1. How to logout from the app?
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "Menu Icon". Tap that icon the list of items will be displayed in the Menu.
  • To logout from the app, tap the Logout.

  1. How the employee can start the job?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • If the employee is assigned for the job by the partner, they will get the assigned job details after logging into the mobile app.
  • In the job details, the user can see the Start-Job button.
  • Tap Start-Job, to start the job for the client.

Partner Login

  1. How the Partner can register for a new Employee?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "Menu Icon". Tap that icon the list of items will be displayed in the Menu. `
  • To register the new Employee, tap the Employee Registration Form. A partner can give personal details like name, Email etc…
  • Tap Submit in the bottom centre to save the data.
  • After the successful completion of the registration, the freelancer will receive the mail; they will get the username and password to sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app with the email address defined in the freelancer registration form of the initial registration.
  1. How to get the New & Claimed Jobs?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • By default, the partner will get the new jobs list after logging into the mobile app.
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "New Jobs". Tap that New Jobs the picker shows New Jobs and Claim Jobs.
  • Tap Claim Jobs, to see what are all jobs are claimed by the partner.

  1. How to Claim the Job without assigning the employee for the job?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • By default, the partner will get the new jobs list after logging into the mobile app.
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "New Jobs". Tap that New Jobs the picker shows New Jobs and Claim Jobs.
  • Tap Claim Job button, to claim the job. After claiming the job, you can see what are all the jobs requested by the client.
  • Tap Claim and Assign Later button, to claim the job without assigning the employee for the job.

  1. How to Claim the Job by assigning the employee for the job?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • By default, the partner will get the new jobs list after logging into the mobile app.
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "New Jobs". Tap that New Jobs the picker shows New Jobs and Claim Jobs.
  • Tap Claim Job button, to claim the job. After claiming the job, you can see what are all the jobs requested by the client.
  • Tap Edit, you can see the date-wise list; tap the date it will show what’s the team size and number of the team of the requested job.
  • Tap Edit Icon, you can see the list of an available employee based on job skillset are shown choose the employee to assign for the job.
  • Tap Assign Employee, it will again show the job date-wise list page, tap assign team.
  • Once the partner assigned the team, it will show the user employee successfully assigned alert.

  1. How to view the assigned employee for the job?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • By default, the partner will get the new jobs list after logging into the mobile app.

  1. How to see the Job Costing?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • By default, the partner will get the new jobs list after logging into the mobile app.
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "New Jobs". Tap that New Jobs the picker shows New Jobs and Claim Jobs.
  • Tap Claim Jobs, to see what are all jobs are claimed by the partner.
  • Either From New or Claimed Jobs, you can see the Job Cost Button tap to view the costing for the job.

  1. How a partner can track the employee?
  • By default, the partner will get the new jobs list after logging into the mobile app.
  • Tap Claim Job button, to claim the job. After claiming the job, you can see what are all the jobs requested by the client.
  • Tap Edit Assigned, you can see the date-wise list; tap the date it will show what’s the team size and number of the team of the requested job.
  • Tap View Icon, you can view the assigned employee for the job with track option. Once the employee started the job, the partner can track the employee.


Client Login

  1. How to book the Service based on cost centre?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • By default, the client will get the cost centre wise list after logging into the mobile app.
  • Tap book service based on the cost centre, you can see the request job form fill what are all the job what’s the team size and a number of teams requested the dated too.
  • Tap Add Job button, you can see the added job list page what you have given in add job page. If you want one more job tap + icon and fill another job.
  • Tap Submit request to submit your request. Once the client request is submitted, the client will get the costing for the job.
  • Either the client accepts/hold/reject the costing for the job.

  1. How to add/edit the new Location by the client?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • By default, the client will get the cost centre wise list after logging into the mobile app.
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "Cost Centre". Tap that Cost Centre the picker shows the cost centre, booked service and Locations.
  • Tap Location, to see the location wise list which already exists are. Tap + icon, fill the name and code of the location, project name and in charge details and can set the location in the map.
  • Tap Submit to save the location. Once the user, get the successfully created alert the new location will be shown within the list of the location wise info.
  • Tap the Edit button, to edit the location info.

  1. How to book the Service based on location?
  • After the successful completion of the registration, they will get the login credentials using this, they can Sign in with the AllStarTIC Mobile app.
  • By default, the client will get the cost centre wise list after logging into the mobile app.
  • From the tab bar navigation menu, you will see a "Cost Centre". Tap that Cost Centre the picker shows the cost centre, booked service and Locations.
  • Tap Location, to see what are the locations are exists.
  • Tap book service based on the location, you can get the project cost centre list to choose as per your project.
  • You can see the request job form fill what are all the job, what’s the team size and number of teams requested the dated too.
  • Tap Add Job button, you can see the added job list page what you have given in add job page. If you want one more job tap + icon and fill another job.
  • Tap Submit request to submit your request. Once the client request is submitted, the client will get the costing for the job.
  • Either the client accepts/hold/reject the costing for the job.

  • Tap + icon to add the new project cost centre. Fill all the details and tap the project cost centre to save the cost centre.
